POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to provide transportation for Residents/Patients to and from appointments.

 


 

 KEY JOB FUNCTION:

  • Identify patient / resident activities and appointments, on a daily basis, and develop appropriate schedule.
  • Identify transport list and schedule of destinations, and identify drive times to ensure timely arrival.
  • Safely and efficiently transport people to and from destinations.
  • Assist activities personnel with ‘management’ of people.
  • Ensure van has appropriate maintenance to be clean and mechanically sound.
  • Ensure warranty maintenance or other maintenance as needed to ensure operability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid Class B Driver's License, or as required by the State.
