Los Altos Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation Center is our 152-bed facility and we are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to be a part of their team.
This position is to work on a full time basis on the evenings shift. The hours for that shift are 3:00pm-11:00pm.
We have a terrific team of clinical leaders, excellent new employee orientation & training programs, and room for advancement in our facility. We focus on short-term rehabilitation patients returning to our communities and have a strong, integrated rehabilitation department that works closely with our nurses.
