    We are looking to hire dedicated Regional Registered Nurses (RN) in our Central Valley region.  We have opportunities to work float pool and travel will be required to two or more of the following facilities:

    • Courtyard Healthcare Center (Davis)
    • Capital Transitional Care (Sacramento)
    • Arbor Nursing Center (Lodi)


    You may be scheduled for days, evenings, or nights; but will receive a full 24 hours off, before your next assigned shift.

    • Days:  7:00am - 3:00pm
    • Evenings: 3:00pm – 11:00pm. 
    • Nights: 11:00pm - 7:00am

     **There is a slight variation in hours between buildings. 


    Our Nurses function as a collaborative member of the Inter Disciplinary Team and provide Patient quality care and optimal clinical outcomes.  Covenant Care is a great organization to help advance your skills and expand your career path.  Below are just a few examples:

    The "Central Valley" has several facilities ranging from Davis to Lodi. We provide a defined on-boarding and new hire training for our Nursing staff.  We are also expanding our mentorship program as well.  Our goal is to help you adjust to your new position with support.  



    Minimum Requirements

    • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State in which you are employed.
    • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as law, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
    • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
    • Must be able to relate information concerning a Patient's condition.
    • Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility or department which may include a medical and physical examination.
