    If you have a passion for developing strategic initiatives, branding, and applying your marketing research and analysis skills to maximize business opportunities this is the role for you.  You will utilize your experience and business knowledge with hospitals, health systems, physician practices, ACO’s, etc…to develop strategic initiatives, branding, and marketing presentations for Covenant Care markets to maximize post-acute business development opportunities.  You will foster relationships and connections with Directors of Business Development in multiple Skilled Nursing regions, Home Health, and Rehabilitation teams. In collaboration across all lines of business, this role will lead the organizations branding presence through the company websites, social media, and various branding collateral.


    • Effectively implements a branding strategy and implements in all areas of our business through marketing materials, social media, talent acquisition.
    • Acquire, analyze and utilize patient discharge data in Covenant Care markets, create framework for strategic partnerships listed above including training programs for operations personnel so this data-based strategic planning can be continually adjusted based on regional, area and local market needs.
    • Research, interpret, and present analytics for all lines of business marketing needs within Covenant Care to attract patients, physician and hospital partnerships.
    • Subject matter expert for branding which is carried through our social media presence and collateral.   
    • Manages our vendor partner to manage multiple websites and social media accounts.
    • Effectively interacts and collaborates with Business Development and Operations leadership.
    • Keeps abreast of hospitals, physicians and physician groups in Covenant Care’s geographic markets and current competitor alignments to help guide strategic decisions.
    • Profile physicians and physician groups with volume of patient/payer mix in regional and area markets.
    • Support Business Development team members, in contract negotiations by creating effective presentations with market data and other business development proposals.
    • Access data systems to analyze market trends and plan, track and measure results.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Five plus years in a corporate marketing role preferably in long term care
    • Experience with business development/sales and patient discharge healthcare data
    • Knowledge of long term care regulations
    • Working experience leading a corporate branding model (Website, Social Media, Collateral, ect.)
    • Must possess, at a minimum, Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.  MBA preferred.
    • Experience in creating collaterals to support marketing and branding.
    • Experience in prospecting in database marketing industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
    • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
