Covenant Care is seeking a Director, Business Development to lead and manage the facility's sales, marketing and admissions, to provide the number of referrals and admissions that are required to meet or exceed facility census and revenue goals, by accomplishing the specific business goals. La Jolla is a beautiful 140 bed facility, strong short-term rehab, cardio/pulmonary specialty, wound care, great nursing support - fantastic team! The Director of Business Development will collaborate with physicians, staff, and partnering hospitals to drive business and relationships for the 5 Star rating.

The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of sales, marketing, and admissions experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Experience seeking out new methods and principles to incorporate into the existing admission practices. Ability to network and drive business at all levels with patients, family, staff, physicians, and hospital partners. Working knowledge of converting business goals into actionable outcomes by collaborating and influencing across all levels of business. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required; Covenant Care will provide incumbent with Business Development Certification.
