Covenant Care offers these opportunities and more to our Administrators. We have a robust regional support team to support you in the business office, clinical operations, MDS and general operations. Our Administrators at Covenant Care have full access and ownership of the P&L and are able to directly impact it with their own creative strategies. We have well-defined processes with a solid infrastructure to set you up for success.
We hope to find a dynamic Administrator to lead and manage the facility, one who can utilize available resources to provide quality, caring services to all residents and patients, while also achieving desired clinical and financial results.

Covenant Care has very rigorous compliance standards and gives a lot of autonomy to our Executive Directors. We have a solid support system from a regional perspective but the day to day will be managed by you and your team. A leader with a proven track record of executive leadership will be critical to success. At Covenant Care, we value our team and require our leaders to follow suit.
