    Carson Nursing & Rehab Center  is one of Covenant Care’s 53 locations and is located in Carson, NV.   We are seeking a Dietary Manager to join our team.  This is a great position to express your creative side through lead our team through meal creation, plate presentation and professional development. We are striving to provide a 5 star culinary experience to all the residents and patients.  This position is will be hands with the team.  Schedule will be Monday - Friday.





    • Effectively lead and manage the Dietary Department to achieve high quality meals to residents/patients.
    • Ensures all meals are properly prepared and appealing in presentation for each resident/patient.
    • Provides all necessary assistance to DON in reducing unplanned weight loss.
    • Participates in IDT walking rounds process and provides monthly analysis/recommendations to Administration.
    • Ensures all food storage, meal preparation and delivery meets regulations and standards.
    • Ensures labor hours (per day, week, month, etc.) and food expense PPD ($) are within budget.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must have 3-5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related medical facility.
    • Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
    • Must meet all license, certification, training or credentials as required by the State. (Certified Dietary Manager - CDM required in California)
