    Covenant Care is seeking an Administrator/Executive Director who is responsible for leading and managing the facility and utilizing available resources to provide quality, caring services to all residents and patients, and achieve desired clinical and financial results.

     


    KEY JOB DUTIES:

    • Achieve company and facility clinical indicators
    • Achieve facility goals for annual state survey
    • Ensure nursing programs are provided for the facility
    • Meet/exceed facility Revenue & budget
    • Meet/Exceed billing/collections goals
    • Meet/exceed facility census goals through effective marketing
    • Develop and supervise all department heads to ensure that they develop and execute, quarterly business and performance plans to achieve department business goals
    • Effectively facilitates the Business Leadership Teamto desired results or develops plan of action when improvement is needed
    • Achieves identified goals for annual state survey

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience must include a minimum five (5) to seven (7) years in a supervisory capacity within a hospital or long-term care facility.
    • Must possess current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements in the working State.
    • Must be licensed in accordance with state & federal laws.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred, but not required.
