    • Timely and accurately utilize the ‘staffing ladder’ to create staffing schedules for the DON.
    • Develop, maintain and project staffing daily needs and schedules by shift.
    • Post daily staffing schedule and actual hours as required.
    • Track attendance, identify attendance problems and notify DON of findings.
    • Immediately reports to DON/MOD staffing challenges or staffing below state mandated PPD.
    • Contacts staff as directed for mandatory in-service training.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility or department which may include a medical and physical examination.
