    La Jolla Nursing and Rehabilitation (161 beds) is one of Covenant Care’s 55 locations and is located in La Jolla, CA.  We have a 5-Star rating by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid!  In addition, we are rated a 5 out of 5 on Quality.  We hope to find a dynamic Administrator to lead and manage the facility, one who can utilize available resources to provide quality, caring services to all residents and patients, while also achieving desired clinical and financial results.

    • Achieve company and facility clinical indicators
    • Achieve facility goals for annual state survey
    • Ensure nursing programs are provided for the facility
    • Meet/exceed facility Revenue & budget
    • Meet/Exceed billing/collections goals
    • Meet/exceed facility census goals through effective marketing
    • Develop and supervise all department heads to ensure that they develop and execute, quarterly business and performance plans to achieve department business goals
    • Effectively facilitates the Business Leadership Team to desired results or develops plan of action when improvement is needed
    • Achieves identified goals for annual state survey
    • Leader in creating a culture of customer service, accountability, and providing the best quality care.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum five (5) years in a supervisory capacity within a hospital or long-term care facility.
    • Possess current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license within California (CA).
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Must be licensed in accordance with California & federal laws.
    • Strong Leader with a solid track history with Employee Relations while also possessing the ability to drive the success of the business through Business Development.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health related degree.
