We continue to provide skilled nursing services for the long-term care resident as well. Our programs include stroke rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s care and out-patient care.
Our nursing home is fortunate to have a Medical Director, Dr. Vijay Kamineni and Nurse Practitioner, Stefanie Shire, exclusively devoted to Lakeland.
